I helped to concept an idea how ouluans can get help for questions that are somewhat connected to Oulu city. By workshop and 1to1 interviews, customer and citizens needs were gathered and drawn for the concept.
This concept captures the single most prioritised customer path and gives an idea what kind of service should be used.
